Role: Content & Social Media Manager

During my time as Content & Social Media Manager at EL&N London from 2020 to 2021, I played a key role in not only enhancing the brand's digital presence but also in a period of remarkable growth that saw the opening of over 9 stores. With a focus on amplifying EL&N’s online visibility, I executed social media strategies that significantly bolstered the brand’s footprint on the web. Through engaging content and partnerships with influencers, we captured the audience's imagination, converting viewers into loyal followers.

Amplifying EL&N's Digital Presence

In just 12 months, my targeted efforts resulted in a 3000% increase in EL&N’s social media following, welcoming over 275,000 new followers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This expansion was synergistic with our offline growth, paralleling the opening of new stores and contributing to a 60% rise in e-commerce sales and a 1500% surge in online store sessions.

My contributions to EL&N's TikTok channel was particularly transformative. Videos I produced not only went viral, with some amassing over 10 million views and 1 million likes, but they also directly influenced product sales, leading to complete sell-outs of retail range items. It was content that didn't just capture attention; it drove action. A notable highlight was influencer Addison Rae featuring EL&N on Wardour Street after being captivated by one of our TikTok videos—a testament to the power of impactful social media.

With a keen eye on analytics, I regularly produced insightful reports, tracking key performance indicators to inform our strategy and ensure each campaign delivered maximum return on investment. The success on TikTok and Instagram was particularly noteworthy, leading to the platform's team reaching out to us for VIP insights after observing our exceptional audience growth and engagement.
